Andrew Wells<br />
Director of Youth and Service</td><td class="column-2">CHPC has always felt like home to Mandy and me.  We grew up, were baptized, and even got married at CHPC.  We moved to Chicago in 2004 to study at Trinity and to work at North Suburban Church as the Director of Student Ministries for 6 years.  In 2010, we felt God was calling us to learn more about what it means to care for those in need, so we moved to Texas to work with Mission Waco.  I am currently on staff at My Brother’s Keeper homeless shelter, and Mandy has been working at Carenet helping teenagers navigate unexpected pregnancies.  <br />
We have been amazed at God’s faithfulness during our time in Waco, and feel that God is now calling us to CHPC for the next chapter of our faith journey.  We love working with Jr. high and high school students, have developed a huge heart for people in need, and love CHPC’s vision to be a church without walls.  We are blown away that we get to be on staff at the church that was so formative in our own relationship with God, and to be able to serve among some of our best friends.  We have 3 kids, Simon, 6, Maddie, 4, and Philip, 2, who are very excited to move to Cincinnati to be near their grandparents, aunts, and uncles.  </td>

Samantha Routzon</td><td class="column-2">My name is Samantha Routzon, but please call me Sam. I am so excited to be joining CHPC as administrative support for Communications and Worship. I am a native of the Greater Cincinnati area. Hailing originally from Newport, I currently reside in the charming river community of Bellevue, KY. (About a mile from where I grew up.) I am a HUGE Reds and Bengals fan and a Facebook power-user, so please find me and friend me! I am a musician and a bit of a nerd, but I trust you won’t hold that against me.<br />
I’ve been serving in churches in some capacity since my conversion in October of 1984. After college, I worked in the television business for 17 years, including 9 years at Star 64 (during the time the Star Tower was constructed.) I spent eight more years at video production houses before I got out of the TV business. Three years ago I attended the Vineyard Leadership Institute (VLI). It’s a 21 month program of Biblical studies, theology and hands on ministry. I went to VLI to become better equipped, but came out empowered. Empowered to do the work of the ministry. One of the tenets instilled in me by the Vineyard movement is, “Everybody gets to play.” I believe every Christ follower has a role to play in “His-story.” Whether you’re opening the door for someone, preaching the sermon, teaching the children or running PowerPoint on Sunday mornings (yes, this is a shameless plug for volunteers) each task is important and necessary. It is my most sincere prayer that my time here will aid in you in finding your unique place in the journey. I can be reached at sroutzon@chpc.org. I look forward to serving along side of you as we press forward as a church without walls… Connecting, Serving, and Celebrating! </td>
