- Crib & Toddlers Room
For infants at least six weeks old through three years old. A loving and Christ-centered experience here set the tone for a positive experience at church later on. Caregivers arrive 15 minutes before each service.
- 3C’s Nursery School and Kindergarten
3C’s is a parent co-operative preschool program with classes for three and four year olds and also offers a Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten. The classes are Christ-centered using a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum to teach both socialization and kindergarten readiness skills. Parents serve as parent helpers in the classroom and are encouraged to participate in other learning and fellowship opportunities within the church. See more here!
- Sonshine House
A resale shop for gently used children’s clothing, toys and equipment located at 1607 Llanfair Avenue (across the street from the church) is a way to stretch your budget and financially support the school and other local children’s programs. Store hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.
- Children’s Library
The Polly Hershberger Children’s Library is full of Christian books, video tapes, DVDs and audio recordings available for families to check out. Come take a look on the first floor of the Barnabas center on Sunday morning or during weekdays when 3C’s in session.

Strategy for Mothers
9:15 – 11:30 am on the first and third Wednesday of each month during the school year
Join a group of women who worship together, share family ideas, give positive parenting pointers, and talk about upcoming events and activities to encourage us as mothers and wives. There is a special speaker at every meeting. A registration fee helps defray some of the cost of the program. Child care is available for a very reasonable charge. Sept. – May, 6:15 to 8:00 on the 2nd and 4th Mondays
American Heritage Girls is a Christian scouting organization for girls ages kindergarten through 18. Each girl takes an oath to promise to “Love God, cherish her family, honor her country, and serve her community. AHG members live out their promise by through opportunities for service, leadership, spiritual development, and life skill enhancement. Father Daughter dances, and non-troop night outings. The Cincinnati Super Choir is a city wide, multicultural choir, where young people age 5 to 25 meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 in the Fellowship Hall at CHPC and is directed by Mrs. P. Ann Everson Price. P. Ann is part of the Cincinnati Arts Consortium and has been teaching young people to sing for the past 9 years. P. Ann teaches vocal technique, and various styles of music from all eras. Come worship God, meet new friends, gain performance experience, and learn about teamwork in The Cincinnati Super Choir. National Champion Head Coach, C.E. Mitchell’s Baseball Clinics for youth ages 9-15 years, help young athletes develop skills for playing successfully on baseball teams.
