To book a room

• Check both the Google calendar and with Michelle Hemsath for availability
• Fill out the Facilities Request form
• and mail it to Michelle Hemsath

All rooms are wheelchair accessible, and occupancy is based on banquet-style seating.
Fellowship Hall
• Occupancy: 275 • $225	• Built-in projector screen and sound board • Kitchen and restroom accessible
Parlor
• Occupancy: 48 • $50	Can be combined with Fellowship Hall. Adjacent to kitchen.
Fellowship Hall Kitchen
• $75	Commercial kitchen, 2 ovens, steam table, freezer, ice maker, Dutch oven, proof box, dish washer
Fireside Room
• $50	“Comfy Room”, couches, chairs, tables and fireplace. Blank wall for projector screen. Across from Fellowship Hall.
Barnabas Center, Rooms 201, 202, 203, 204 These rooms can combine to make one big room or can remain as four smaller ones. They are on the second floor of the Barnabas Center, and they are elevator accessible.
