“Fellowship of Presbyterians” is an umbrella organization that has launched a new Reformed body (denomination) named “The Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians” (ECO).

This video, from the Fellowship website, was recorded January 19, 2012 at the Fellowship conference in Orlando. It shows John Ortberg, Pastor of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church in Menlow Park, California, sharing a vision for ministry and introducing the Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians (ECO).

The Fellowship of Presbyterians offers three different options for affiliation so congregations can pursue what best honors their ministry context. The options are:

(1) Affiliate with the Fellowship as a ministry association. This involves no change in status with the PC(USA).

(2) Pursue a union membership with the PC(USA) and ECO.

(3) Join ECO as full members. This would require dismissal from the PC(USA).
