For those that are paying in full, you will not see monthly tuition charges after September (however, you may have monthly charges for Optional Wednesday, Extended Day, field trips, or Child Care so please check the portal monthly if you utilize these services).
You will receive a monthly invoice on the first of the month to the email associated with your Shelby Portal Account.
All payments must be paid by the 15th of the month. Late charges may be applied for those making payments after the 15th (unless otherwise communicated with myself and Shannon).
Extended Day, Optional Wednesday (if not paid in full), Child Care and Field Trip charges are billed weekly, but can be paid with your monthly statement.
RETURNING FAMILIES:
If you were with us last year and already have a Shelby account:
Fill out the 3C’s Financial Registration form for the 25′-26′ school year
Please make sure you are still able to login to your account on the Shelby Portal.
*If you cannot login: Resetting a password on Shelby must be done through us, it is not something you can do on your own due to the privacy of the financial system.
If you are unable to login, email kmeyer@chpc.org and I can send you a link to reset your account password.
NEW FAMILIES:
Please complete the following steps so that we can get you set up in our financial system, Shelby Financials to be able to make payments.
Fill out the 3C’s Financial Registration form for the 25′-26′ school year.
You will receive an email within a few days (after submitting the Financial Form) from Shelby Financials with a link to set up your Shelby Account.
*This financial system works best on a desktop computer, so if you have trouble on a cell phone, and don’t have access to another device, let me know and we will set up a time that you can stop into my office and we can walk through it there!
