Clean Up the Campus
Bring litter getters, gardening gloves, weed whackers, shovels, rakes, or just yourself! We will maintain physical distance from each other and wear masks as possible. If you cannot attend or it is safer for you to remain at home, please pray for us.
Helpers are needed between 7 and 9 AM and 10 AM through noon. Please come for any time you have to give between those hours.
Drive In Church
We are planning for the first step of our reunion by hosting outdoor church services in our parking lot every Sunday in June at 10 am – starting June 7th. Parking lot attendants will direct you to a parking place. Ushers will distribute song sheets and children’s material. The service will be a simplified worship gathering of praise, prayer, preaching, and communion. The service will end by 11am. The communion elements, bread and juice, will be packaged in a small plastic container that is totally sanitary. The ushers will distribute these elements during the service. The offering will be collected online or in a collection receptacle.
All participants must stay in their car or within touching distance of their car, except to go to the bathroom which will be open in the church building. In order to enter the building, you must wear a mask. Ushers will be present to open doors to the building and the bathroom.
We continue to take these precautions to honor the requests of our government leaders and to protect those must vulnerable who want to participate in our gathering. Please respect and obey these directives in order to maximize our health and participation. As the date approaches please read any follow-up emails for updates or access the church web page.
Some of you were ready to meet together last month and for some of you it may still take a couple months. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or feel it is still too early for you to venture out to a public gathering. We will continue to video the services and show them on Facebook and YouTube for those unable to physically attend. In God’s timing, the sour will turn sweet for all of us when we do meet together again.

Kingdom Prayer Chain
This is a time when Jesus’ people need to let his light shine through them on this troubled world. It is a time when our own helplessness and the need for our Father’s strength and wisdom have become abundantly clear. So, although we cannot join hands physically, join hands with us in spirit as we pray to our God together.
Contact Jeanne Schneider at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kelly Hibbett at email@example.com to sign up. Please choose a 30-minute prayer time, one day a week. The first person in the chain will pray for 20 minutes individually (with God’s leading) and then call the second person on the chain. For the next 10 minutes, he/she will share insights from his/her prayer experience, and then they will pray for each other’s requests. The second person will then have 20 minutes of individual prayer time before calling the third person on the chain and repeating the process. Prayer/Scripture suggestions will be provided for those who would like to use them.
8:00-8:20 Pam prays individually.
8:20-8:30 Pam calls Melynie, and they pray together.
8:30-8:50 Melynie prays individually.
8:50-9:00 Melynie calls Tom, and they pray together.
And so on…
Under normal circumstances, such a prayer chain would be nearly impossible. The Governor's COVID-19 order has made it easier...needful...and a great opportunity for our part of the Body of Christ to connect...to share joys, challenges, praises and concerns. It's a chance to live out Jesus' teachings in Matthew 18:18-20 (MSG):
18-20 “Take this most seriously: A yes on earth is yes in heaven; a no on earth is no in heaven. What you say to one another is eternal. I mean this. When two of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, my Father in heaven goes into action. And when two or three of you are together because of me, you can be sure that I’ll be there.”
