We returned from Honduras less than 48 hours ago and are excited to return! Will you go with us?

Our SonLight Power mission trip is from June 7 to 14, 2025. We will share the Gospel with our friends in Honduras and bring solar light to their remote communities. 

• Who is SonLight Power? It is a wonderful organization founded by our long-time friend and Covenant Partner (congregation member), Allen Rainey.
• What does SonLight Power do? SonLight Power equips people living in energy poverty with the love of Jesus (Son) and solar power (sun) for transformative, lasting impact.
• What does it look like to serve with SonLight Power? Our team will include the Fiesta (celebration) and the Installation team. The Fiesta team engages the community's children in games and crafts by sharing Jesus. The installation team learns/assembles solar panels and shares Jesus with locals from the community who help build the panels to bring solar light into the community. Pray and discern if God is leading you to attend this SonLight Power Trip with us! 

With limited spots for the trip, we will prioritize sign-ups by order of sign-up, relationship to our congregation, and team needs. A guardian must accompany all participants under 18.
 

If you're selected for the 2025 team, I will notify you via the email you list on your application. Upon notification, you will receive a submission form. Please sign up and pay a $500 non-refundable deposit within 14 days to reserve your spot. The deposit will be applied to the $2500 trip cost, which covers airfare, food, and supplies.
