As you reflect on the history of the church, reflect on your history too. Recount the faithfulness of God throughout the years to you and thank God for his many blessings. We know from Revelation that things will get worse in history and in our lives, but God is always in control. Even if it IS the end of the world as we know it, in Christ, we are secure in the resurrection to be part of the NEW heaven and earth. After it gets worse, it gets WAY better. Hang on, God is still in control.
