In the sermon on the mount, Jesus teaches us what is right in our relationship with God and one another. Read the first part of Matthew 7 by clicking here. Put what Jesus teaches us about our relationship with God in your own words. He teaches about prayer - talking with God. What does he say, and how can you apply it today? 

Put in your own words what Jesus teaches about our relationships with one another. He teaches about judging one another.  Confess where you have disobeyed this teaching. Consider how you might apply Jesus' righteousness in your relationships with others today. He also summarizes the Law and prophets in what we call the "golden rule." Confess where you neglected to follow the Golden rule in your life and ask God to help you apply it today. 

Remember this road is narrow and arduous, but the power of God works in us. Keep your heart and soul open and aware to how God fills you with His righteousness today.
