Care and Counseling
Developing Resiliency Group
The Care & Counseling Ministry is offering Developing Resiliency, a group to identify the negative self-messages and to learn to walk in the freedom God promises. The group will use materials from Brene Brown, leading researcher and author on shame, including her book, I thought it Was Just Me (But it Isn’t): Making the Journey from “What Will People Think?” to “I am Enough”.
