Vacation Bible School

Summer Vacation Bible School at CHPC! Open for students K-6th grade. Growing spiritually doesn’t have to be an unsolved mystery! Our kid detectives will dig into a few of Jesus’ parables to solve the mysteries of how to grow their faith, how to care for, serve, and love others. They’ll discover that the answers have been there all along: spend time with God, spend time with others, use your gifts, and share your story.

WOVEN

WOVEN is the Women’s Discipleship Ministry of CHPC. We are committed to community, depth, discipleship and love in Christ. We offer safe places where women can:

  • Find community with other believers;
  • Grow deeper in their understanding of the Scriptures, who God is and who He created them to be;
  • Build relationships with women who encourage, teach, and serve alongside them.

We do this to prepare women to share their faith wherever God has called them.

Invest in a Student

Consider donating to our Youth Ministry Scholarship:

If you want to support the youth group but don’t know how, consider giving to support our Events, Retreats, and Mission Trips. Not everyone feels called to youth ministry but everyone wants to help bring youth to a deeper relationship with Jesus. Invest in a student by donating to the scholarship fund. These funds will help students attend retreats, missions, etc.  


As a student who grew up without the funds for these events, I want to make sure no student is ever turned away because of financial constraints. – Samuel Mock, Director of Student Ministries

CHPC KIDS' SUMMER CAMP

The best weekend all summer. CHPC Kids' Ministry will be attending CentriKid Camp located at Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH, June 5-9. There will be loads of fun (and sometimes messy) games, time discovering treasures in God's Word, amazing worship music, and plenty of time to make new (and hopefully long-lasting) friendships. (Kids must have completed 2nd grade  through 6th grade to attend.)

RED CROSS SKILL LEVELS

All Red Cross SKILL LEVELS (1 TO 6) - Use the ONLINE Student Form below to register for any of the weeks. The form will ask about student's abilities. A clear description of the student's swim skill will help with correct class placement. We have computer records for our former students. List training/experiences since the last lessons with the Swim Ministry.


New to the Swim Ministry? - Any previous Swim Ministry lessons? Other Red Cross or YMCA lessons (year/level)? Will put face in water? Regularly swims with face in? Jumps into deep water unassisted? List negative swim experiences.

Youth Lock-In

CHPC Youth Ministry will have a lock-in at the church on December 2nd. The Lock-in will begin at 7 pm and end the next day at noon. Dinner on Friday night and Breakfast Saturday morning will be provided.


We will play games and have gaming tournaments, play gaga, shine thief, and many more! S

Taste of Growth Groups

July - Weeks beginning with July 3, 10,17

If you are not currently in a group and want to see what one is like, this is your opportunity. Try as many groups as you like over the next three weeks. Go once, twice, or three times to the same group or go to a different group each week. Sign-up online at chpc.org/growth.


Growth Groups at CHPC provide a safe place for people to gather, exploring how God's Word relates to their everyday lives. We must live our Christian lives in the context of community, not just in once-a-week worship services, or individual quiet times. Growth Groups provide an intentional place within our church for discipleship to happen. 


Taste and see that the Lord is good.


Mentoring Program

A mentor provides one-to-one mentoring to financially under-resourced youth ages 5-18. They are a caring adult who wants to share their time, knowledge, faith and experience through a deeper friendship with the youth.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

June 19, 2022 - Update

CHPC sustained some storm damage during the severe thunderstorm earlier this week. This has impacted our internet and our LIVE STREAMING. The Sunday worship services will not be seen live, but will be recorded and uploaded as soon as possible.
